I am struck today by the stupidity of stress and what I allow to cause me stresss. I know we all feel it at this time of year, no matter how hard we try to ignore it. Holiday stress.

In the past few days alone, I have severly stressed out over my lack of Christmas shopping progress. I managed to sit down and write a list of what I wanted to by for each person to focus my energy. I then proceeded to stress in various areas while shopping. I get stressed looking for a parking spot. I get stressed navigating the crowded stores. I get stressed in line to check out.
